I don't leave negative fb, unless I'm extremely disappointed. I always make attempts to contact sellers on very rare occasions that I need to. I contacted this seller on Oct 18 thanking her for the beautiful pieces but the description for what I purchased said they would be between 1-1.5 inches. All but two were under an inch, prohibiting me from using them for what I needed. I didn't ask for a refund or an exchange. I sent photos with a measurement of the largest one I received, next to the next I was hoping to get. I asked if I could purchase a few more closer to the size I needed. I received an auto response back with her being away. Store has been back up w/no response. I come to Etsy bc I love the sellers, but some are here just for a buck. Simple yes or no would've gone a long way
